Hello students,

The office will be open to State Exam testing students ONLY. If you are taking the State Exam today, please make sure you arrive 30 minutes early. We wish you good luck!!

In order to be eligible to test, you must complete the following in its entirety:

• To test on 01/13/18

  • The main training course must be completed by 01/08/18. EVERYTHING must be checked off and completed without skipping any step or activity.
    • Manager students: ALTS Manager Training
    • Caregiver students: Either Caregiver Training V2 or Caregiver Training A1
    • CNA-CG Bridge students: ALTS CNA-Caregiver Bridge
  • All required documents must be turned in to ALTS and completed by 01/08/18
    • Manager students: drivers license
    • Caregiver students: drivers license, food handler's certificate or card, 16 hands-on training waiver, 16 hands-on training checklist
    • CNA-CG students: drivers license, food handler's certificate or card, Arizona CNA license
  • The On-Site Only Group Review and On-Site Only Practice Exams must be completed no later than 5pm on 01/12/18
