Assisted Living Training School will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday from November 22nd until November 25th.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Students who are wanting to test on December 1st will be given until November 27th to meet eligibility requirements due to the holiday.

To be eligible to test on December 1st the following must be submitted by November 27th:

-State Exam Application form submitted

-Tuition paid in full

-All course work completed (except Practice Exams)

-All documents such as Social Security card, Food Handler's Card, Practical Skills checklist, etc submitted
