If you want to be scheduled to take the State Exam on December 4, 2020, you must have all your coursework complete and submit your State Exam Application form by today, November 30th.

Caregiver and Bridge Students: The State Exam Application Form is located at the bottom of your Medications course.

Manager Students: The State Exam Application Form is located at the bottom of your course after your practice exams.
