Please note: The State Exam on December 30, 2020 is for Caregivers only.

If you would like to be scheduled for the State Exam on December 30, 2020, you must complete all coursework, have all required documents submitted and a State Exam Application Form by today. 

The exam is almost already filled, so the sooner you apply the more likely you will be able to test on the 30th.
