If you want to be scheduled to take the State Exam on December 19, 2020, you must have all your coursework complete and submit your State Exam Application form by today, December 14th.

Caregiver and Bridge Students: The State Exam Application Form is located at the bottom of your Medications course.

Manager Students: The State Exam Application Form is located at the bottom of your course after your practice exams.
