Course Description: In this course, you will review the two types of diabetes. You will learn the specific ways and procedures needed to take action when taking care of a resident that has type one or type two diabetes. At the end of this course, you will receive 2 units.

This In-Service course will provide you information regarding Diabetes in an assisted living setting.

·         This course will award a certificate for: 2 In-Service Units

·         Registration for payment:

o    via Paypal or

o    via the ALTS Office located at: 1843  E. Southern Ave Tempe AZ, 85282. 

NOTE: Once enrolled, you are given only 2 weeks to complete this course, unless suggested otherwise by an ALTS instructor. If you would like to go past your enrollment period there will be an extension fee of $5.00; you can only be re-enrolled one time.
