Course Description: In this course you will learn how to respond to residents with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease behave unpredictably. You will review a three step approach to help identify common behaviors and their causes.  You will also learn how to respond to specific behaviors such as confusion and aggression. At the end of this course, you will receive 3 in-service units.

This In-Service course will provide you information regarding Responding to Behaviors in an assisted living or behavioral setting.
