Course Description: In this course, you will learn the proper procedures to be taken to ensure the safe removal and emptying of the Indwelling Foley Catheter bag. You will gain more knowledge about basic information on indwelling catheters, skin cleaning, and the equipment that will be provided when dealing with a resident that needs an indwelling catheter. At the end of this course, you will receive one in-service unit.

Tuition Fee: $15.00

(Plus $1 convenience fee if paid by card)

This In-Service Unit course will provide you information regarding Indwelling Catheter in an assisted living setting.

·         This course will award a certificate for: 1 In-Service Unit

·         Registration for payment:

o    via Paypal or

o    via the ALTS Office located at: 1843 E. Southern Ave Tempe, AZ 85282.

NOTE: Once enrolled, you are given only 2 weeks to complete this course, unless suggested otherwise by an ALTS instructor. If you would like to go past your enrollment period there will be an extension fee of $5.00; you can only be re-enrolled one time.
