Course Description: This course will review the symptoms and causes of bipolar disorder, the basic understanding of it, when to see a doctor about it, and what to do in an emergency. At the end of this course you will receive 1 in-service unit.

This In-Service course will provide you information regarding the Bipolar Disorder in an assisted living setting.

·         This course will award a certificate for: 1 In-Service Unit

·         Registration for payment:

o    via Paypal or

o    via the ALTS Office located at: 1843 E. Southern Ave Tempe, AZ 85282.

NOTE: Once enrolled, you are given only 2 weeks to complete this course, unless suggested otherwise by an ALTS instructor. If you would like to go past your enrollment period there will be an extension fee of $5.00; you can only be re-enrolled one time.
