Course Description: In this course, you will be informed on how to properly perform pivot transfers, lifts, and sliding board transfers. This will be essential information and knowledge to have prior to being on the field as a caregiver because this will be a daily task you will have to perform when taking care of your residents. You will earn 1 unit at the end of this course.

Tuition Fee: $15.00

This  In-Service course will provide you information regarding Pivot, Lift, and Sliding Board Transfer in an assisted living setting.

·         This course will award a certificate for: 1  In-Service Unit

·         Registration for payment:

o    via Paypal or

o    via the ALTS Office located at: 1843  E. Southern Ave Tempe AZ, 85282.

NOTE: Once enrolled, you are given only 2 weeks to complete this course, unless suggested otherwise by an ALTS instructor. If you would like to go past your enrollment period there will be an extension fee of $5.00; you can only be re-enrolled one time.
