Course Description: In this course you will review mobility, pivot transfers, and hoyer lifts. As a caregiver, you will be taking care of residents that will need your help when it comes to their physical mobility. You will review the basic guidelines in regards to assisting a resident in mobility. You will gain knowledge on how to properly transfer a resident from different places and positions, types of equipment needed, and techniques on how to prevent sores from happening to a resident who has limited mobility. At the end of this course, you will receive 2 in-service units.

Tuition Fee: $30.00

This In-Service course will provide you information regarding the Mobility in an assisted living setting.
