Course Description: In this course you will gain a general understanding of opioids. You may come across a resident that will be prescribed opioids. In this course you will learn about what an Opioid overdose is, how to recognize it, and how to respond to it. You will receive 2 in-service units at the end of this course.

This In-Service course will provide you information regarding Opioids in an assisted living setting.

·         This course will award a certificate for: 2 In-Service Units

·         Registration for payment:

o    via Paypal or

o    via the ALTS Office located at: 1843  E. Southern Ave Tempe AZ, 85282. 

NOTE: Once enrolled, you are given only 2 weeks to complete this course, unless suggested otherwise by an ALTS instructor. If you would like to go past your enrollment period there will be an extension fee of $5.00; you can only be re-enrolled one time.
