Course Description: In this course you will review legal and ethical issues that you may come across as you work in the healthcare industry. You will learn about the Arizona NCIA Board, resident’s rights, signs of abuse and neglect, and the Patient Self-Determination Act (PSDA).

(Plus $1 convenience fee if paid by card)

This In-Service course will provide you information regarding Legal & Ethical Issues in an assisted living setting.

·         This course will award a certificate for: 2 In-Service Units

·         Registration for payment:

o    via Paypal or

o    via the ALTS Office located at: 1843  E. Southern Ave Tempe AZ, 85282. 

NOTE: Once enrolled, you are given only 2 weeks to complete this course, unless suggested otherwise by an ALTS instructor. If you would like to go past your enrollment period there will be an extension fee of $5.00; you can only be re-enrolled one time.
