Course Description: In this course, you will review stress and how it can affect you as a caregiver. This is essential information to be aware of as a caregiver so that you are able to take better care of yourself so that you are able to provide the best care to your residents to the best of your ability. You will learn about stress management, coping mechanisms, and the preventative measures that you can take when undergoing stress. At the end of this course, you will earn 2 in-service units.

This Caregiver In-Service course will provide you information regarding Stress Management in an assisted living setting.

·         This course will award a certificate for: 1 In-Service Unit

·         Registration for payment:

o    via Paypal or

o    via the ALTS Office located at: 1843  E. Southern Ave Tempe AZ, 85282. 

NOTE: Once enrolled, you are given only 2 weeks to complete this course, unless suggested otherwise by an ALTS instructor. If you would like to go past your enrollment period there will be an extension fee of $5.00; you can only be re-enrolled one time.
