Course Description: In this course, you will review what a hemorrhagic stroke is, why it happens and the after effects this stroke can have on an individual. This is essential information for a caregiver to understand. It will allow the caregiver to be more prepared on what to expect when treating a resident who has had a hemorrhagic stroke or what to do when your resident is experiencing this type of stroke. At the end of this course, you will receive 1 in-service unit.

This In-Service course will provide you information regarding Hemorrhagic Stroke in an assisted living setting.

NOTE: Once enrolled, you are given only 2 weeks to complete this course, unless suggested otherwise by an ALTS instructor. If you would like to go past your enrollment period there will be an extension fee of $5.00; you can only be re-enrolled one time.
