Course Description: In this course, you will learn more about the Medical Records and Confidentiality. At the end of this course you will receive 1 caregiver in-service unit.

This In-Service course will provide you information regarding Medical Records and Confidentiality in an assisted living or behavioral setting.

NOTE: Once enrolled, you are given only 2 weeks to complete this course, unless suggested otherwise by an ALTS instructor. If you would like to go past your enrollment period there will be an extension fee of $5.00; you can only be re-enrolled one time.
