Course Description: In this course, you will learn more about Stress Management Techniques, the signs and symptoms of stress, what it could be caused from, and learn what kind of steps you can take as the caregiver manage and avoid further complications from stress. At the end of this course you will receive 2 caregiver in-service units.

This In-Service course will provide you information regarding Stress Management Techniques in an assisted living or behavioral setting.

NOTE: Once enrolled, you are given only 2 weeks to complete this course, unless suggested otherwise by an ALTS instructor. If you would like to go past your enrollment period there will be an extension fee of $5.00; you can only be re-enrolled one time.
