This  course will provide you information regarding Clean Safe Environment in an assisted living setting.

  • This course will award a certificate for: 2 in-service units
  • Registration for payment:
    • via PayPal or card payment through PayPal
    • Payment over the phone by calling ALTS office at 480-969-5305
    • NOTE: Once enrolled, you are given only 2 weeks to complete this course, unless suggested otherwise by an ALTS instructor (please call: 480-969-5305 for any questions or concerns). If a one week extension is requested, there will be a $5 charge per unit.
