Course Description: In this course, you will review examples of incidents, when to take them seriously, why incident reporting is important, and the proper steps to take when an incident occurs. You will have a better understanding on how to react to an incident, when and how to call 911. At the end of this course you will receive 2 in-service units.

This  In-Service course will provide you information regarding calling 911 and incident reporting in an assisted living setting.

·         This course will award a certificate for: 2  In-Service Units

·         Registration for payment:

o    via Paypal or

o    via the ALTS Office located at: 1843  E. Southern Ave Tempe AZ, 85282.

NOTE: Once enrolled, you are given only 2 weeks to complete this course, unless suggested otherwise by an ALTS instructor. If you would like to go past your enrollment period there will be an extension fee of $5.00; you can only be re-enrolled one time.
